How it works, in one line: tell us what you’re building, and within one business day we send a shortlist of verified Vietnamese teams matched to your needs. You review their verified profiles and scores, talk to the ones you like, and contract directly. It’s free for buyers and never pay‑to‑play.
The process
1. Tell us what you’re building
Complete the short matching form: your stack, scope, timeline, budget and any constraints (for example data‑residency rules, or a need for AI/ML or cloud expertise). The more specific you are, the sharper the match.
2. We match you from verified teams
We shortlist teams from our directory whose verified capability fits your project — using computed capability scores, not ads or reviews. You’ll usually hear back within one business day. If nothing is a strong fit, we’ll tell you honestly rather than pad the list.
3. Review your verified shortlist
Each recommendation links to a verified profile showing the team’s capability‑area scores (AI, cloud, and more), trust signals and what we confirmed. Compare like‑for‑like, with the evidence in front of you. Want to understand the scores? See our methodology.
4. Connect and evaluate
Talk to the teams you like, ask for references, and — our strong recommendation — run a small paid trial on real work before committing. Our vetting checklist walks through the due diligence to do at this stage.
5. Choose and contract directly
You contract directly with the team you choose. Vietnam Tech Partners makes the introduction and provides the verification; we’re not a party to your contract, so you keep full control of terms, IP and budget. (See protecting your IP.)

Are you a vendor?

Yes — using the matching service and browsing verified profiles is free for buyers, with no obligation to proceed.
How do you make money, then?
We may earn a fee from a successful match. Whatever the model, it never lets a team buy a higher ranking — placement is not pay‑to‑play.
How are the teams chosen?

What if none of the teams work out?
Tell us and we’ll refine the shortlist. We’d rather send fewer strong matches than a long list of weak ones, and we’ll be honest if Vietnam isn’t the right fit for your project.
Do I contract with Vietnam Tech Partners or the team?
With the team directly. We make the introduction and provide verification; you own the contract, terms and IP arrangements.
