Vietnam Tech Partners is an independent directory and introduction service. We verify and score technology teams against our published methodology and, on request, introduce you to verified teams. We provide information and introductions — we are not a party to any contract you enter into with a vendor, and we do not deliver the development services ourselves.

2. No guarantee; do your own due diligence

Verification reflects checks made to our methodology at a point in time; it is not a guarantee of any vendor’s performance, quality, solvency or suitability for your needs. You remain responsible for your own due diligence, contracts and decisions. Information on the Site is provided “as is” and may change.

3. Independence; not pay‑to‑play

Listings, scores and rankings cannot be bought. We do not accept payment to list a company, raise a score, or change a ranking. Scores are computed from verifiable signals as described in our How it works.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by: scraping or bulk‑extracting data; attempting to gain unauthorised access; interfering with operation or security; submitting false information; or using the Site to infringe rights or break the law.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content (text, design, scoring outputs, and compilations) are owned by [Company legal name] or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape or redistribute Site content without permission, except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law. Company names and marks belong to their respective owners.

6. Vendor listings & verification

We may add, update, re‑score or remove listings at our discretion, including where verified information changes. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide for verification.

7. Third‑party links

The Site may link to third‑party websites we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and our introductions are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non‑infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunteco will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your dealings with any vendor. Our total liability is limited to 5/month.

10. Indemnification

11. Governing law & disputes
